12.15.2009 – A New Beginning
So…
I finally got linked up with the CFTX main site, i figured i better start updating this bad boy. That way all of my followers (thanks mom and Ash) can keep track of me.
On a serious, okay not really that serious, please use this as a training tool. That is why i am taking the time to post, i need help achieving my goals, just like you.
Finally decided to go to the doctor today to check on my Achilles tendon on my left foot. more than likely, it is just a case of needing to stretch more than never. i do have some ‘internal’ ankle issues that require a CT scan in January. hopefully, nothing bad enough to keep me out of sectionals in March.
Overall, i have achieved good success with the Paleo diet since November 2. Down 16 pounds and 2% body fat ain’t bad for a month
Jumped off the wagon today, will try to catch back up to it tomorrow.
